Measured bearings and distances are based on the Oregon Coordinate Reference System, Salem Zone (NAD83(2011) Epoch 2011). The basis line is defined by monuments <3> and <5>. The north line of Block 3, BURSON'S ADDITION is coincident with the line defined by monuments <4> and <5>. Monument <5> was accepted as the north- west corner of said Block 3. The record distance calculated from Partition Plat No. 2001-108 was projected easterly from <5> to locate the northeast corner of said Block 3. This location was confirmed by the relative position of the east line of N Evergreen Street as shown on Partition Plat No. 94-113 and def ined by <6> and <7>. The nominal width of Maple Street was projected northerly from <1> on the line defined by and the said northeast corner to locate the south- east corner of said Block 3. The nominal width of Maple Street was projected northerly from <3> on the basis line to locate the southwest corner of said Block 3. The northeast corner of the subject property is the midpoint of the east line of said Block 3. The southwest corner of the subject property is the midpoint of the south line of said Block 3. The northwest corner of the subject property is the midpoint of the line defined by the midpoint of the west line of said Block 3 and the northeast corner of the subject property.
