NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to monument the corners of
<br />that tract of land described in Reel 1801, Page 482, Marion
<br />County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is
<br />between found monuments "C" and "K" as shown on Marion
<br />County Survey 24913, said monuments were also held for the
<br />East line. The centerline of Montgomery Street was established
<br />by found monument "A" and a point 30' Southwesterly of
<br />found monument "C". Found monuments "F" and "J" were held
<br />for the North line of the subject property. The property to the
<br />West, Reel 2806, Page 352, MCDR, has the East line described
<br />as the West line of a tract of land conveyed to W. W. Wambold
<br />and wife by deed recorded June 29, 1908 in volume 104, Page
<br />141, MCDR. Said Wambold tract has the same description as
<br />Reel 1801, Page 482, MCDR so the West line was held senior
<br />to the adjoining property as described in said deed. The
<br />Northwest corner was established at the deed distance of
<br />112.62' feet from the East right of way of N. Settlemier Ave.
<br />The Southwest corner was set at the deed distance of 43.00'
<br />from the Southeast corner.
