NARRATIVE <br />THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO ESTABLISH CORNERS FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN DEED VOLUME 750 <br />PAGE 780 RECORDED IN MARION COUNTY DEED RECORDS. WORK BEGAN OCTOBER 16, 2020 WITH DUSTIN STACY AND BEN <br />OVERLUND IN THE FIELD UNDER MY DIRECT SUPERVISION. A TRIMBLE S7 TOTAL STATION AND R10 GNSS RECEIVER WERE USED FOR <br />MEASUREMENTS. <br />1) CENTERLINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 211 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING (1 13) FOR THE POINT OF TANGENT AT STATION 54+04.27 <br />TOGETHER WITH RECORD DATA PER MCSR 2327, WEST FROM 11 TO (ffo WHICH WAS HELD FOR LINE. MCSR 2327 WAS <br />HELD FOR RIGHT OF WAY WIDTHS, WHICH VARY. <br />2) CENTERLINE OF KILLIAM ROAD WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING STATION 21+86.70 PT, COMMON WITH STATE HIGHWAY 211 ALONG <br />THE CENTERLINE ESTABLISHED ABOVE, TOGETHER WITH RECORD DATA PER MCSR 2328. A 60.00' ROAD WIDTH WAS HELD FOR <br />THE RIGHT OF WAY. <br />3) THE WEST PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING A TANGENT BEARING WITH STATION 44+50.58 PSC PER DEED (VOLUME <br />750 PAGE 780). THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY FOR KILLIAM ROAD WAS INTERSECTED TO ESTABLISH 130. THE SOUTH RIGHT OF <br />WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 211 WAS INTERSECTED TO ESTABLISH 31 OFFSET 95.00' SOUTH. <br />4) THE EAST PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS AT POINTS (2B) AND (5�) PER MCSR <br />9494. POINT 133 WAS ESTABLISHED BY INTERSECTING LINE ®5 - 118 WITH THE SOUTHERLY 95.00 FOOT RIGHT OF <br />WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 211. <br />5) THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY OFFSETTING LINE 25 - 25 20.00' NORTH PER DEED REEL 3502 <br />PAGE 77.
