This <br />subdivision is approved by City of Keizer Subdivision Case Number <br />2020-12. This tract of land is Lot 5 and the east half of Lot 6 of the <br />River Crest Acres Subdivision. <br />The original River Crest Acres Subdivision was surveyed by Fryberger <br />in 1938, but no monuments were indicated as being set. In 1958, <br />Graham (Survey No. 2018) resurveyed River Crest Acres Subdivision <br />and set pipes at the lot corners. I was able to find some of these iron <br />pipe set by Graham. Shull (Survey No. 30586) surveyed Lot 4 in 1986 <br />and set the southwest corner. With Shull's and Graham's monuments <br />on the easterly corners of Lot 5, 1 was able to proportion in the west <br />line of this tract. <br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, James S.
