<br />NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to subdivide a tract of land described in
<br />Reel 4233, Page 394 of Marion County Deed Records, Oregon. This
<br />subdivision is approved by City of Keizer Subdivision Case Number
<br />2020-12. This tract of land is Lot 5 and the east half of Lot 6 of the
<br />River Crest Acres Subdivision.
<br />The original River Crest Acres Subdivision was surveyed by Fryberger
<br />in 1938, but no monuments were indicated as being set. In 1958,
<br />Graham (Survey No. 2018) resurveyed River Crest Acres Subdivision
<br />and set pipes at the lot corners. I was able to find some of these iron
<br />pipe set by Graham. Shull (Survey No. 30586) surveyed Lot 4 in 1986
<br />and set the southwest corner. With Shull's and Graham's monuments
<br />on the easterly corners of Lot 5, 1 was able to proportion in the west
<br />line of this tract.
<br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
<br />I, James S. Hepler, certify that I have correctly surveyed and marked
<br />with proper monuments the land represented on the herewith subdivision
<br />map, which is described as follows:
<br />Lot 5 and East 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 2, River Crest Acres in Marion County,
<br />Oregon.
<br />The initial point being a 5/8" Iron Rod with a Yellow Plastic Cap Marked "LS
<br />909" at the southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 2, River Crest Acres recorded in
<br />Book of Town Plats, Book 13, Page 16, and containing 30003 square feet,
<br />more or less.
