<br />depose and say that I did accurately survey and mark with proper monuments the lands
<br />represented on the attached map, situated in the southeast one-quarter and the
<br />southwest one-quarter of Section 18, Township 8 South, Range 2 West of the
<br />Willamette Meridian, in the City of Salem, Marion County, Oregon, being described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at the Initial Point of this partition plat, said point being marked with a
<br />5/8 -inch iron rod with aluminum cap stamped "WILSON PLS 2687" set at the most
<br />Westerly southwest corner of that property described in that instrument recorded in
<br />Reel 3857, Page 122, Marion County Deed Records, said point being North 00'11'25"
<br />West 351.50 feet and North 89048'35" East 25.00 feet from the southeast corner of the
<br />Daniel Clark Donation Land Claim No. 59 in said Township, said point being on the
<br />east right of way line of Eastland Avenue SE (County Road 845); and running thence:
<br />North 00011'25" West 1972.67 feet along said east right of way to the southwesterly
<br />right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad;
<br />thence South 22009'15" East 1277.17 feet along said southwesterly right of way to a
<br />point of spiral, said point being 30 feet Southwesterly and opposite the railroad
<br />centerline station 311+61.0 as shown in MCSR 4073E;
<br />thence Southeasterly along an offset spiral curve to the left (the chord of which
<br />bears South 22018'15" East 90.24 feet) 90.24 feet along said southwesterly right of way
<br />to a point of spiral to curve, said point being 30 feet Southwesterly and opposite the
<br />railroad centerline station 312+51.0 as shown in MCSR 4073E;
<br />thence Southeasterly along the arc of a 5759.58 foot radius curve to the left (the
<br />chord of which bears South 23055'08" East 264.31 feet) 264.33 feet along said
<br />southwesterly right of way to a point on the westerly line of the John Herren Donation
<br />Land Claim No. 60, being South 26012'16" West 38.43 feet of railroad centerline station
<br />314+90;
<br />thence South 26°12'16" West 787.16 feet along said westerly line to the
<br />northeasterly right of way line of the aforementioned Eastland Avenue SE;
<br />thence North 48003'44" West 361.47 feet along said northeasterly right of way to the
<br />Point of Beginning, containing 17.00 acres of land, more or less.
