<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that
<br />tract of land described in Reel 3083, Page 244, Marion County
<br />Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is the
<br />Southerly right of way of Glenwood Drive as established by found
<br />monuments "A" and "D" as shown on "Meadowlawn Tracts",
<br />volume 13, Page 19, Book of Town Plats for Marion County,
<br />Oregon. The description describes a portion of Lot 8, Block 5, of
<br />said "Meadowlawn Tracts". Found monuments "D" and "F" were
<br />held for the East line of said Lot 8. The Southwest corner of
<br />said Lot 8 was established at a prorated distance between found
<br />monuments "F" and "G". The Northwest corner was established at
<br />a prorated distance between found monuments "C" and "D". The
<br />deed distance of 20 feet along said Southerly right of way,
<br />Easterly was held for the Northwest corner. The East line was
<br />held parallel to the West line of said Lot 8 as described in said
<br />deed. The Southwest corner was established by the deed distance
<br />of 100.00 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner. The South line
<br />was held parallel to the Southerly right of way of said Glenwood
<br />Drive as described in said deed. The Southeast corner was then
<br />set at the intersection of the subject property South line and the
<br />the East line of said Lot 8. Found monument "D" was held for
<br />the Northeast corner.

<br />CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand—written field survey notes were used in this survey.
