The Basis of Bearings used was along the east line of said Lot 7 holding <br />monuments as shown. The found monuments A were held for the comers of said Lot 7. The <br />northwest corner of the subject property was determined by holding record angle between <br />monument A at the northeast corner of said Lot 7 and monument B, and holding record distance <br />northwesterly from said monument A per M.C.S.R. 37578. <br />FOUND MONUMENT LIST: <br />- 5/8" iron rod, flush with ground surface unless noted otherwise.
