<br />hereby depose and say that I did accurately survey and mark with proper
<br />monuments the lands represented on the attached map, situated in the
<br />northwest one-quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 1 West of the
<br />Willamette Meridian, in the City of Aurora, Marion County, Oregon, being
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Initial Point of this partition plat, said point being marked by a

<br />said point being on the easterly right of way of Pacific Highway (US Highway
<br />99E) at a perpendicular distance of 40.00 feet Easterly of the centerline of said
<br />highway; and running thence:
<br />North 10026'54" East 285.24 feet along said easterly right of way to a point on

<br />thence North 89018'43" East 176.86 feet along said north line, and the
