Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 14, Block 1, "Radell Heights" as recorded in Volume 26, Page 9, Book of <br />Town Plats, Marion County, Oregon, located in the Northeast quarter of Section <br />16, Township 8 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion <br />County, Oregon and containing 6.82 acres of land, more or less. Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition Lot 14, Block 1 of "Radell Heights" as <br />approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number 20-018. <br />The Basis of Bearings is the East right of way line of Witzel Road Southeast <br />(County Road 857) as established by found monuments "A" and "D" as shown on <br />"Radell Heights" subdivision, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 9, Book of Town <br />Plats, Marion County, Oregon. Found monuments were then held for the boundary <br />as shown hereon.
