The basis line is the <br />center line of MR 3 as defined by monuments <8> and <9>. <br />The record distance from MCSR 38401 was projected from <4> on the <br />bearing defined by <3> and <4> to calculate the position of the westerly <br />southwest corner of Claim No. 51. The south line of the said claim is defined <br />by <2> and the said calculated position. The initial point of this partition <br />was set on the said southerly claim line at the record distance from <2>, per <br />Reel 2443, Page 186, MCDR. The record angle, calculated from the said deed, <br />was held at the said initial point to obtain the bearing of the west line of the <br />property described therein. The south line of Parcel I of this partition is <br />parallel with the said south claim line. Monument <3> was accepted as the NW <br />corner of property described in Reel 3883, Pg. 208, MCDR and thus definitive <br />of the most southerly line of the subject property. Monument <4> was accepted <br />as the SW corner of the subject property. <br />The east line of Reel 2395, Page 475, MCDR is defined by <4> and <5>. <br />The line common to Claim No. 52 and the subject property is defined by <5> <br />and <6>. The north line of the subject property was surveyed in MCSR 19574 <br />and apparently occupied since then. The intersection of the north line of the <br />sub,ject property with Marion Road was pro,jected from the relative locations <br />of <12> and <11>, as shown on MCSR 22902. The north line of the subject <br />property is defined by <6> and the said intersection point. <br />The arc data from MCSR 1821 was projected tangent to the line defined by <br /><8> and <7> to calculate the intersection of the north line of the subject <br />property with the engineered center line of Marion Road.
