<br />The purpose of this survey is to partition the lands as shown into 2 parcels per
<br />Planning Division Case No. Partition 20-021. I found and held the centerline
<br />monuments at (A) and (B) to determine the centerline of Hayesville Drive. I
<br />found and held the original monuments at (C) and (D) at the Southwest and
<br />Southeast comers of Lot 2, REIMANN GARDENS and the Northeast comer as
<br />well at (E). I was unable to find the Northwest comer of said Lot 2 nor the
<br />Northwest comer of Lot 1. Therefore I found the Northwest and southwest
<br />comers of Lot 29 at (F) and (G) per MCSR 29624 as shown hereon. Said
<br />monuments are lying on the East right-of-way Line of N Lancaster Drive. I
<br />offset the right-of-way 5' to the old right-of-way of said REIMANN GARDENS
<br />and by proportion created the point at (H) and along with (E) held the North
<br />line of said Lots 1 & 2. By proportion I calculated (I) and held the deed
<br />distance of 100.00' for (J). By proportion I calculated (K) and (L) and offset
<br />14' for the Hayesville Drive North right-of-way line as shown hereon.
