<br />The purpose of this survey is to partition Lot 1, Block 6, KEIZER HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, into two parcels per City of Keizer Partition Case No. 2019-18.
<br />The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is along the north line of the plat of KEIZER HEIGHTS SECOND ADD (TION, between monument B and A (near the east
<br />right of way of Gobert Avenue NE), with the line being held as N89°39'02"E per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System)
<br />Salem - NAD 83 (2011) Epoch 2010.00, using ORGN (Oregon Real-time GNSS Network). This line was held for the north line of the subject property. To determine
<br />the west right of way of Gobert Avenue NE, I held monument D and the monument A at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, KEIZER HEIGHTS. The northwest
<br />corner of the subject property was determined by holding a prorated distance between monument B and the computed northeast corner of the subject property per the
<br />plat of KEIZER HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION. The southeast corner of the subject property was determined by holding a prorated distance along those lots between
<br />monument D and the computed northeast corner of the subject property per the plat of KEIZER HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION. The southwest corner of the subject
<br />property was determined by holding the plat monument E.
