<br />NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to replat Parcel 3 of Partition Plat 2020-014 and Parcel
<br />2 of Partition Plat 2005-16 into 3 Parcels as approved by Marion County Planning
<br />PLA/Partition Case Number 19-017. The Basis of Bearings for this survey is the East
<br />line of Partition Plat 2005-16 as established by found monuments "M" and "C". Found
<br />monuments "B", "C", "D" and "E" were held for the corners of said Parcel 2. Found
<br />monuments "B", "F", "G", "H", "J" and a point 0.13' Southerly of found monument "A"
<br />were held for the corners of said Parcel 3. The new parcel lines were then set at my
<br />client's design.
<br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE
<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a
<br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand-written
<br />field survey notes were used in this survey.
