The Basis of Bearings for this survey is the East <br />line of Partition Plat 2005-16 as established by found monuments "M" and "C". Found <br />monuments "B", "C", "D" and "E" were held for the corners of said Parcel 2. Found <br />monuments "B", "F", "G", "H", "J" and a point 0.13' Southerly of found monument "A" <br />were held for the corners of said Parcel 3.
