<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of Lots 17-19, Block 13, plat of
<br />"Hammond Addition to Detroit" and the corners of those tracts of land described in Reel 3022,
<br />Page 250 and Reel 4093, Page 105, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for
<br />this survey is the East right of way of Boulder St. N as established by found monuments "A"
<br />and "L" as shown on said plat. Found monuments "I" and "U" were held for the East line of
<br />said Block 13. Found monument "L" and a point on the West right of way of Tumble St. N at
<br />the plat distance of 190.00' Northerly of found monument "U" was used to establish the South
<br />line of said Block 13. The Lot corners on the East side of Block 13 were then calculated at a
<br />prorated distance between found monument "I" and the Southeast corner of said Block. The lot
<br />corners on the West side of Block 13 were then calculated at a prorated distance between the
<br />Northwest corner of Lot 11 and found monument "L". The interior lot corners of Block 13 were
<br />established by found monument "C" and a point midway between found monument "L" and the
<br />Southeast corner of Block 13 and intersecting with a line between the Lot corners on the East
<br />and West lines of Block 13. The deeds on the West side of Block 13 called for Lot 15 and the
<br />South 1/2 of Lot 14 and Lot 13 and the North 1/2 of Lot 14. This description was then used
<br />to establish the property line between the 2 tracts. There are several iron rods and iron pipes
<br />in the area that are not the lot corners. This survey is a best fit between found monuments
<br />and record information from said "Hammond Addition".
