<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that tract of land described
<br />in Reel 4314, Page 321, Marion County Deed Records. The property is described as the
<br />Easterly 100.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 16 "Fairmont Park Addition to Salem" as recorded in
<br />Volume 2, Page 2, Book of Town Plats for Marion County Oregon. In the deed research
<br />that was conducted during this survey, it was discovered that the property to the West
<br />has senior rights and is described as the West 50.0 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 16.
<br />The basis of bearings for this survey is the Easterly right of way of Fir St. S. as
<br />established by found monuments "G" and "F" as shown on said plat, said right of way was
<br />then offset 66 feet to the West for the West right of way. Found monument "E" and a
<br />point 66.00 feet Southerly of found monument "F" were held for the Southerly right of
<br />way of Superior St. S. The Northeast corner of Lot 1 was calculated at the intersection of
<br />the South right of way of Superior St. S and the West right of way of Fir St. S. The
<br />Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said Block 16 was then calculated at a prorated distance
<br />between the Northeast corner of Lot 1 and found monument "E". Found monuments "A"
<br />and "C" were held for the Southwest and Southeast corner of said Lot 2. The Northwest
<br />and Northeast corner of said Lot 2 were established by a prorated distance between said
<br />Southwest and Southeast corner of said Lot 2 and the Northeast and Northwest corners of
<br />said Lot 1. Found monument "B" and a point 50.00 Easterly of the Northwest corner of
<br />said Lot 1 were then intersected with the North and South line of said Lot 2. This gave
<br />the property to the West its senior distance.
