<br />an iron rod on the west line of that property described in that instrument recorded

<br />thence North 00014'12" West 1289.76 feet along said west line to a point
<br />on the south right of way line of the Mt. Angel -Gervais Road NE (Market Road
<br />73) at a perpendicular distance of 25.00 feet Southerly from the centerline of said
<br />road;
<br />thence South 89°23'41" East 672.90 feet along said south right of way to a
<br />point on the east line of said property;
<br />thence South 00014'12" East 953.64 feet along said east line to the Point
<br />of Beginning, containing 19.86 acres of land, more or less.
