SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, Troy E. Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Parcel 1 of Partition Plat Number 2016-058 as recorded in Reel 3895, Page <br />54, Marion County Deed Records, the initial point being a 5/8 inch iron rod <br />with a yellow plastic cap marked "AZIMUTH SURVEYING" at the Northwest corner <br />of said Parcel 1 and containing 1.23 acres of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKERS SURVEYING <br />Troy Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey was to replat Parcel 1 of Partition Plat <br />Number 2016-058 into 3 parcels as approved by City of Silverton Notice <br />of Decision for File Number PA -16-07 & VR -16-01. The Basis of <br />Bearings is between found monuments "B" and "C" as shown on said <br />Partition Plat. Found monuments from said partition plat were then held <br />for the exterior boundary as shown hereon.
