Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the initial point of this partition plat, said point being a 3/4 inch <br />iron pipe at the Southeast corner of that tract of land described in Reel 3080, <br />Page 87, Marion County Deed Records, said iron pipe being 789.29 feet North <br />90'00'00" East and 208.69 feet North 37'37'34" West from the most Northerly <br />Northwest corner of Lot 6 of "GRASS LAND ESTATES" as recorded in Volume 40, <br />Page 84, Book of Town Plats for Marion County, Oregon, said iron pipe also <br />being in the centerline of Brick Road SE; thence North 38'41'18" West along the <br />centerline of said Brick Road SE, 432.34 feet to the Northeast corner of said <br />tract; thence South 90'00'00" West along the North line of said tract, 508.53 <br />feet to the Northwest corner of said tract; thence South 00'00'00" East along <br />the West line of said tract, 337.47 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence <br />North 90'00'00" East along the South line of said tract, 778.78 feet to the <br />point of beginning and containing 4.99 acres of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKERS SURVEYING <br />Troy E. flietersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a <br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand—written <br />field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 3080, <br />Page 87, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of <br />Decision for Partition Case Number 20-023. The Basis of Bearings is between <br />found monuments "B" and "C" as shown on Marion County Survey 10923. Found <br />monuments were held for the "E" and "I" were held for the centerline of Brick <br />Road SE and the East property line as shown on Marion County Survey 2675. <br />Found monument "A" and the record bearing of East was held for the North line <br />as shown on Marion County Survey 10923. The West line was established at the <br />record distance of 1456.63 feet, on the North property, from found monument <br />"A" as shown on Marion County Survey 10923. Found monument "E" and the <br />record bearing of West was used to establish the South property line.
