This building is not to be open to the <br /> public for events, shows or mass gatherings. <br /> AG EXEMPT STATUS. Agricultural buildings and equine facilities located on a farm or forest <br /> operation as defined in Appendix C of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code are exempt from <br /> building permit requirements as long as they are used exclusively for the operation of the farm, <br /> forest or equine facility. Any change of use from farm use in the future will require application <br /> for a change of use and occupancy and a building permit will be required. The building will <br /> have to be brought up to current code in effect at that time of application which may be difficult <br /> to achieve. <br /> FARM is land used for the primary purpose of raising, harvesting and selling of crops or by the <br /> feeding, breeding, management and sale of, or produce of, livestock, poultry, fur-bearing <br /> animals or honeybees or for dairying and the sale of dairy products or any other agricultural or <br /> horticultural- use or animal husbandry or any combination thereof. Farm use includes the <br /> preparation and storage of products raised on such farm for human use and animal use and <br /> disposal by marketing or otherwise.
