<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between that property
<br />described in Reel 4101, Page 161, Marion County Deed Records, and that property described in
<br />O Exhibit "C" of that instrument recorded in Reel 4442, Page 388, Marion County Deed Records,
<br />per City of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. PLA20-15. The basis of bearings used
<br />----�S09023'4 „ was between monuments H and J per MCSR 39375, said line being held for the south line of the
<br />40.00' x-20, 00. subject property. To determine the west line of Property "B", I held monuments J, K, I and C. To
<br />determine the southwesterly right of way of Strong Road SE, I held the resolved northeast right
<br />! X20 40, cs of way line of Strong Road SE between monuments A, D and G and offset said line 40.00 feet
<br />Southwesterly. To determine the boundary of the original Property "A", I held the monuments
<br />\ and data per MCSR 39375.
