The basis of bearings used <br />----�S09023'4 „ was between monuments H and J per MCSR 39375, said line being held for the south line of the <br />40.00' x-20, 00. subject property. To determine the west line of Property "B", I held monuments J, K, I and C. To <br />determine the southwesterly right of way of Strong Road SE, I held the resolved northeast right <br />! X20 40, cs of way line of Strong Road SE between monuments A, D and G and offset said line 40.00 feet <br />Southwesterly.
