Watertight test; All plastic tanks will be required to do a 24 hour watertight test. Concrete tanks <br /> within 15 ft of burn and less than 6 inches of soil cover or that have damage to riser, baffle or <br /> damage to inlet and outlet pipe will be required to do a 24 hour water tight test. Marion County <br /> will accept certified installer's, NAWT certified inspector's or certified operation and <br /> maintenance provider's inspection report on 24 hour watertight test as long as test has been <br /> performed after debris removal.
