<br />The purpose of this survey was to adjust the property line between
<br />those tracts of land described in Reel 3251, Page 45, and Reel 3851,
<br />Page 203, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion County
<br />Property Line Adjustment Case No. 20-036. The basis of bearings for
<br />this survey is between found monuments "C" and "B" as shown on
<br />Marion County Survey 38744 said found monuments were also held for
<br />the East line of the subject property. Found monuments "A" and "B"
<br />were held for the North property line. The North right of way of Matheny
<br />Rd. was established by record bearing and distance from found
<br />monuments "C" and "F" as shown on Marion County Survey 38744. The
<br />right of way width was incorrectly shown on Marion County Survey 38744.
<br />It was shown as 60' wide when it should have been 50'. The correct
<br />right of way is shown hereon. Found monuments "A" and "F" were held
<br />for the West line and projected Southerly to the North right of way of
<br />Matheny Rd. The adjusted property line was then established by my
<br />clients design.

<br />CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey.
