This tract of land is <br />described in Reel 4230 Page 274 of Marion County Deed Records, Oregon. <br />The description in that deed are based on Survey No. 9317 by David Bates <br />and Survey No. 15940 by Ralph Barnes. The northwest corner was <br />remonumented at record distance along the east line of Portland Road. The <br />northeast corner was remonumented in the position referenced in Partition <br />Plat 90-63.
