Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this replat is to correct the ownership issues on Partition Plat Number <br />2020-71 as approved in Marion County Planning Case Number 21-021. The <br />declaration on said Partition Plat did not include all the owners of the property. The <br />Basis of Bearings is between found monuments "A" and "B" as shown on Partition <br />Plat No. 2020-10, said monuments were also held for the East line of the subject <br />property. The Northerly right–of–way of Glenwood Drive was established by found <br />monuments "B" and "C".
