<br />The survey was made to monument an
<br />adjustment of the property line between
<br />the lands described in Reel 3691, Page
<br />20 and in Volume 662, Page 650, as
<br />approved in Property Line Adjustment
<br />Case No. 16-017. These properties are
<br />located in Lot 36 of Capital City Fruit
<br />Farm (Volume 1, Page 82, Book of
<br />Town Plats). These lands are bounded
<br />on the west, south, and southerly part
<br />of the east line by the lines of Lot 36.
<br />The north and northerly east lines are
<br />the result of a partitioning Survey by Richard
<br />Montgomery, Survey No. 29873. The
<br />locations of the boundaries of Lot 36
<br />where identified as follows:
<br />A 3/4" iron pipe that was correctly set
<br />on the west line of Lot 36 by Ralph
<br />Barnes in Survey 13019 and the
<br />prorated position between the southeast
<br />corner of Lot 36 and the monument
<br />referencing the southwest corner of Lot
<br />37 were held for the west line.
<br />The 3" Brass Disk at the intersection of
<br />is thought to have been set at the
<br />position of an iron pipe that was set
<br />next to the stone that marked the actual
<br />corner. The iron pipe was located to the
<br />west of a stone. The survey
<br />measurements of Survey No 9358 and
<br />Survey No. 10904 support this
<br />position. The prorated location of the
<br />southwest corner and the former
<br />position of the stone were held for the
<br />south line. For the east line of Lot 36,
<br />the former location of the stone and an
<br />iron bar on the centerline of 63rd
<br />Avenue were held.
<br />The internal boundary lines were
<br />located by holding the monuments set
<br />by Richard Montgomery in Survey
<br />29873 for lines and intersecting with the
<br />West line of Lot 36 and the west line of
<br />63rd Avenue.
<br />Monuments were set for the adjusted
<br />lines as shown. The adjusted tracts and
<br />associated easements were described
<br />based on this survey.
