<br />The purpose of this survey was to eliminate the property line between 2
<br />tracts of lands described in Reel 3674, Page 247 and Reel 4234, Page 334,
<br />Marion County Deed Records as approved by The City of Detroits Notice of
<br />Decision for file number PLA 20-03. It appears that the deeds were written
<br />using information shown on Marion County Survey Record 12406. The basis
<br />of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "A" and "E" as
<br />shown on Marion County Survey Record 12406. Found monuments "B", "C",
<br />and "D" were held for the South line. The North line was established by
<br />found monuments "F", "G", and "H". Found monuments "D" and "F" were
<br />then held for the East line. Found monument "B" and the record bearing of
<br />N00'22'E was used to establish the West line.
