THIS LINE WAS THEN <br />EXTENDED THE RECORD DISTANCE TO THE WEST TO ESTABLISH THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY 1. THE <br />WEST LINES OF PROPERTY 1 AND PROPERTY 2 (PRIOR TO ADJUSTMENT) WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING SAID <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY 1 AND THE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY 2 (PRIOR TO <br />ADJUSTMENT). THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY 2 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE MONUMENT THAT HAD <br />BEEN PAVED OVER AND EXTENDING THE LINE TO INTERSECT THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OLD PACIFIC HIGHWAY. <br />THE RESULTING INTERIOR ANGLE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY 2 (PRIOR TO ADJUSTMENT) FIT WELL <br />WITH THE RECORD. THE RESULTING DISTANCE FROM THIS CORNER UP TO THE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST <br />CORNER OF PROPERTY 1 (PRIOR TO ADJUSTMENT) ALSO FIT WELL WITH THE RECORD. THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINE OF OLD PACIFIC HIGHWAY WAS DETERMINED BY HOLDING SAID NORTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY 1 AND THE <br />DLC CORNER FOUND TO THE SOUTH. <br />AT TIME OF INITIAL SURVEY MONUMENT WAS FOUND IN GOOD <br />CONDITION FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.
