<br />REEL 819, PAGE 169 AND REEL 4028, PAGE 364. WHEN SETTING CORNERS
<br />FOR THIS ADJUSTMENT, THE APPARENT BUILDING ENCROACHMENT
<br />BETWEEN THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN REEL 819, PAGE 169 AND REEL 2364,
<br />PAGE 66, WAS CONFIRMED. THE CITY ASKED THAT AN ADJUSTMENT BE
<br />PERFORMED ALONG THIS LINE TO CORRECT THE ENCROACHMENT PRIOR TO
<br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORIGINAL PLANNING DECISION.
