Found monument <br />"A" was held for the Northeast corner of said Lot 3. The Northwest <br />corner was established at a prorated distance between the Northeast <br />corner and found monument "E". The Southwest corner was calculated <br />at a prorated distance between the Northwest corner and found <br />monument "B".
