<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that
<br />tract of land described in Reel 1247, Page 708, Marion County Deed
<br />Records and being described as Lot 3, Block 4, "LABISH VILLAGE". The
<br />basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "A"
<br />and "E" as shown on the plat of "LABISH VILLAGE". Found monument
<br />"A" was held for the Northeast corner of said Lot 3. The Northwest
<br />corner was established at a prorated distance between the Northeast
<br />corner and found monument "E". The Southwest corner was calculated
<br />at a prorated distance between the Northwest corner and found
<br />monument "B". The Southeast corner was then established at record
<br />distance from the Southwest corner.
