<br />The purpose of this survey is to locate the exterior boundaries of
<br />Lots 1, 2, 7 and 8, Block 2, PALMER'S ADDITION to Mount Angel.
<br />Bearings and distances are grid values based on the Oregon Coordinate
<br />Reference System, Salem Zone (NAD83(CORS96) Epoch 2010).
<br />Monuments <I> and <2> define the northerly line of the subject
<br />property. The southerly line of the subject property is 60' northerly
<br />from and parallel with the northerly line of Block 1, said subdivision, as
<br />defined by <3> and W. The record distance from {3} was projected
<br />from <I> on the northerly line of the subject property to locate the
<br />north corner said Lot 2. The record distance calculated from {2} and
<br />{3} was projected from <2> on the northerly line of the subject
