WITH A <br />ROCK STUCK <br />INSIDE OF IT <br />DOWN 12" <br />[FISHER, 7179] <br />NARRATIVE <br />This survey was made to identify the locations of the corners of the tract of <br />land described in Reel 2770, Page 0197 of Marion County Records, <br />remonument any corners where a monument was not found or the monument <br />from a prior survey was incorrectly placed. The property is described as two <br />lots in Evergreen Acres (Volume 12, Page 11, Book of Town Plats), with two <br />tracts excepted. <br />The location of the two lots were identified as follows: At the north line, one <br />= Iron Pipe <br />of Fisher's monuments from Survey 7179 was found. Fisher used that same <br />= Iron Rod <br />monument for the subdivision. In survey 13057, David Bates had the <br />= Iron Bar <br />original monument at Evergreen Avenue, which is now missing. A <br />Fence <br />monument by David Bascue and an original monument at the line between <br />.. <br />Lots 37 and 42 were used for the west line of Evergreen Avenue. Record <br />distance exists between the west line of the subdivision and Evergreen <br />Q <br />Avenue. Therefore, I used record distance along the north line and set the <br />a <br />west line of the lots parallel with he west line of the plat. Two monuments <br />set by Greg Wilson in Survey MCSR 39090 were used for the north line of <br />�- <br />Market Street. <br />UJ <br />a <br />a <br />O J <br />David L. Bascue surveyed the southern line of the land conveyed to William <br />o>rn <br />F. Brenner and Lorene B. Brenner in Volume 704, Page 788 of Marion <br />POU <br />County Records. This line, being the most southerly line to a tract of land <br />Q'` <br />excepted from the Reel 2770, Page 0197, denotes the northerly line of the <br />rn0aW <br />tracts of land described in the same Reel and Page. All three monuments <br />J z <br />were found, and only two were held. The third monument, the northwestern <br />0�C)� OC <br />corner of the tracts of land, was found to be out of allotted tolerances, and <br />(0 1 ~ I <br />was remonumented using record angle to intersect the west line. <br />W cV O: "` <br />With the right—of—way lines of Market Street and Evergreen Avenue located, <br />o 0 o y <br />the City of Salem tract described in Volume 676, Page 102 was located using <br />record distances along the right—of—way lines. Record radius was used to <br />z``'En <br />locate the radius point of the curve.
