<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of lots 5 and 6, /
<br />Block 13, "GERVAIS" as recorded in Volume 1, Page 5, Book of Town Plats —
<br />for Marion County Oregon. The basis of bearings for this survey is between / "GERVAIS", BLOCK 13, LOTS 5 AND 6
<br />found monuments "C" and "D" as shown on Marion County Survey 36864, LOCATED IN THE
<br />said monuments were also held for the centerline of 2nd Street. The
<br />centerline of Hemlock Avenue was established by a point 30.00' �� NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 26,
<br />Southwester) of found monument "I" and a point prorated point between ►� t.0&0"

<br />established, the right of ways were then held at 30.00 from the centerlines / �. AS, as shown on said plat. Found monuments "E" and "J" were held for the
<br />Southeasterly right of way of the 20.00' wide alley on Block 13. The most
<br />Northerly corner of said Block 13 was established at the intersection of the �9
<br />Southwesterly right of way of Ivy Ave. and the Southeasterly right of way of SFJ �9 •&u- NO
<br />2nd Ave. The most Westerly corner of said block 13 was established at the
<br />intersection of the Northeasterly right of way of Hemlock Ave. and the
<br />Southeasterly right of way of 2nd St. The lot corners of lots 5 through 8
<br />were then established by prorating between said 20' alley and the most /
<br />Northerly corner and the most Westerly corner of said block 13.
