The deeds were never recorded so the
property line adjustment was never completed. The basis of bearings
for this survey is between found monuments "A" and "C" as shown
on Marion County Survey Record 29301, said points were also held
for the North line. Found monuments "A" and "G" were held for the
West line. Record information from Marion County Survey 29301 and
found monument "G" was held to establish the North right of way
of Riverhaven Lane as shown hereon. This was the best "fit"
resolution for found monuments "D" and "E". The East corner was
then established by projecting the North line Easterly and
intersecting with the tangent leaving curve 1. The adjusted lines
were then set at my clients design.
EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE
A LEICA TCR405 Electronic Total Station Survey System;
and a CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with
supplemental hand–written field survey notes were used
in this survey.
SURVEY AND DEED REFERENCES
R1
Indicates
record
information
from
MCSR
29301.
R2
Indicates
record
information
from
"RIVERHAVEN ADDITION",
Vol 23,
Pg 32,
Book of Town Plats.
R3
Indicates
record
information
from
MCSR
22429.
R4
Indicates
record
information
from
MCSR
17511.
R5
Indicates
record
information
from
MCSR
9304.
D1
Indicates
record
information
from
MCDR
Reel 1218, Pg 242.
