<br />NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is to locate and monument the boundary of that property described in Reel
<br />4441, Page 178, Marion County Deed Records. The Basis of Bearings used was along the east line of the
<br />subject property, between monuments C and D per MCSR 17725. The boundary of the subject property was
<br />determined as follows:
<br />East Line - I held said monuments C and D per MCSR 17725. North Line - I held monument A and a point
<br />1.07' Southerly of monument C per MCSR 37062, which defined the south line of the former Union Pacific
<br />Railroad property. West Line - I held the east line of the Daugherty Tract described in Volume 234, Page 277,
<br />as resolved by Hepler in MCSR 37062, which held senior rights to the subject property, holding the defining
<br />dimensions from existing monuments per said survey as shown. I then held the record 30' strip to the East of
<br />said line as shown in MCSR 17725 and as described in Reel 2981, Page 240, to determine the Northerly
<br />portion of the west line of the subject property. I then held monument F and a line Westerly parallel with the
<br />State Street right of way and a line Southerly parallel with the determined west line per MCSR 18493 to
<br />determine the Southerly portion of the west line of the subject property. South Line - I held a line 40' Northerly
<br />of the located centerline of State Street, holding monuments G and E.
