This survey was made to mark certain lines of the tract of land described in
Reel 3278, Page 265 with posts for anticipated fence construction. The
property boundary was previously surveyed in Survey No. 23366 by Barker,
Survey No. 26069 by Giering, and survey MCSR 36280 by Andrews. These
surveys are consistent with deed records. However, two of the iron pipes set
by Giering are clearly damaged and seem to have been moved from their
original positions. Considering the great amount of distance error to the very
nearby monuments from the some survey, it is implausible that even the
Barnes company could have originally set the monuments so for out of
position. I have accepted the Andrews monuments as correct
reestablishments. The lines were marked as indicated between existing
corner monuments.
