<br />The purpose of this survey was to Partition that property described in
<br />the "SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE". Control for this survey was based on the
<br />referenced surveys shown hereon this survey map. Basis of bearings for
<br />this survey was the North line of Parcel 2 of Partition Plat No.
<br />2016-54. All monuments were held in their found position, unless noted
<br />otherwise, to reestablish the boundaries of this Partition. The property
<br />was then Partitioned as requested by our client and set forth in the
<br />decision of approval. Monuments found during the course of this survey
<br />are as shown on the attached partition map.
