<br />THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION THE LAND SHOWN HEREON AND DESCRIBED IN
<br />REEL 4310, PAGE 362, MARION COUNTY DEED RECORDS AS ALLOWED BY CITY OF SALEM PLANNING
<br />DECISION PAR-ADJ20-11. THE BASIS OF BEARING IS ALONG THE WEST LINE OF MARION COUNTY
<br />SURVEY RECORD 38932.
<br />I CONCUR WITH THE CONCLUSIONS OF MARION COUNTY SURVEY RECORD 38932. 1 HELD
<br />MONUMENTS SET IN THAT SURVEY ON THE NORTH LINE OF "PARCEL 1" OF REEL 3795, PAGE 388,
<br />MARION COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND ITS EASTERLY EXTENSION FOR THE SOUTH LINE OF THE
<br />SUBJECT DEED. I USED MONUMENTS SET IN THAT SURVEY ON THE WEST LINE OF THE GARDEN
<br />ROAD FRUIT TRACTS SUBDIVISION FOR MY WEST LINE, AND VERIFIED THEM AGAINST MONUMENT F
<br />PREVIOUSLY TIED IN MCSR 33989, WHICH WAS USED IN THE RESOLUTION OF MCSR 38932. 1
<br />RETRACED THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF EVERGREEN AVENUE NORTHEAST THROUGH MONUMENTS
<br />A, B, AND C PER MCSR 38932 AND EXTENDED THAT LINE SOUTHERLY FOR THE EAST LINE OF THE
<br />SUBJECT DEED.
<br />BOTH THE SUBJECT DEED AND THE LAND TO THE NORTH DESCRIBED AS "PARCEL 2" IN REEL 7,
<br />PAGE 1172 WERE WRITTEN USING MCSR 10198. AS DESCRIBED IN MCSR 38932, THAT SURVEY
<br />FAILED TO PROPERLY POSITION THE WEST LINE BORDERING THE STATE FAIRGROUNDS AND THE
<br />CENTERLINE OF EVERGREEN AVENUE NORTHEAST. IN MCSR 38932, DEED DISTANCE FRONTING
<br />THE WEST LINE WAS HELD FOR LOT POSITION AND WIDTH, AND I CONCUR WITH THAT METHOD. I
<br />SET THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT DEED AT RECORD DEED DISTANCE NORTH ALONG
<br />THE WEST LINE AND RETRACED THE NORTH LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE, INTERSECTING
<br />WITH THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF EVERGREEN AVENUE NORTHEAST.
