<br />The purpose of this survey is to account for the placement of
<br />monuments in 2019 for the anticipated partitioning and street dedication of
<br />that property described in that instrument recorded in Reel 3891, Page
<br />435, Marion County Deed Records, per City of Silverton Partition Case No.
<br />18-02. The said partition case has since been withdrawn. The Basis of
<br />Bearings used was along the south right of way of Pine Street NE per
<br />MCSR 38880, holding monument B and the calculated position of said
<br />south right of way Southerly of monument A at the point of intersection with
<br />the west line of D.L.C. No. 44.
<br />To determine the west line of the subject property, I held record
<br />distance Westerly from monument B per MCSR 34407 and held monument
<br />H, which represents the southwest corner of the called out 5 acre tract in
<br />said Reel 3891, Page 345. To determine the east line of the subject
<br />property, I held a line parallel and 130' Easterly of the west line per deed,
<br />which fits the found monuments along said east line as set in MCSR 38880
<br />and Partition Plat 2018-53. The southerly monument C and monuments E
<br />and G were held to determine the west right of way of Schemmel Lane. To
<br />determine the south line of the subject property, I held the found
<br />monuments F per MCSR 35352, which represented the north line of the
<br />property conveyed to the City of Silverton in Reel 1626, Page 676, Marion
<br />County Records, being excepted out of the original 5 acre tract.
