<br />The purpose of this survey is to re -plat Lots 2, 3 and 4 of REPLAT OF SOUTH RIDGE ESTATES, per Marion County Property Line Adjustment Case No.
<br />21-041. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments A along the northwest boundary of said Lot 3, the line being held as North 3405526" East
<br />per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon
<br />Real Time GNSS Network). Monuments set in the plat of REPLAT OF SOUTH RIDGE ESTATES were held as follows:
<br />I held the monuments along the west right of way of Pettyjohn Road S and set the missing point of curve monument accordingly. I held the centerline
<br />monuments in Sunset Ridge Road S and offset said line 40' Southerly to determine the south line of the 40' right of way. I held the found monuments along the south
<br />line of the 30' right of way portion of Sunset Ridge Road S to determine said portion of said right of way. I held the plat monuments along the south line of the
<br />subject property and extended said line Westerly from the monument found at the southeast corner of Lot 4 to determine the southwest corner of the subject
<br />property. I held said calculated point and the plat monuments along the west line of Lot 4 to determine the west line of the subject property.
