HEPLER <br />2451 <br />EXPIRES: 6-30-23 <br />NARRATIVE <br />This survey was made to find or reestablish monuments for the dividing line <br />between Parcels 1 and 2 of the land described in Reel 4454, Page 152. In <br />addition, this survey is an original survey for the describing of two easements <br />that are proposed to be created when the two deed parcels are transferred <br />from a common grantor. Most of the boundaries of the two tracts of land <br />were previously addressed in my survey of Partition Plat 2008-50. The <br />corners for the dividing line were monumented at deed distance from the east <br />corners of Parcel 2. The easements were described on the basis of this <br />survey. <br />
