NO. 2017-60 AND ADJOINING LAND <br />LOCATED IN: NW, NE, SE, AND SW 1/4's SECTION 1, T. 8 S., R. 2 W. <br />AND NW 1/4 AND SW 1/4 SECTI❑N 6, T,8 S., R. 1 W. <br />WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />DATE OF SURVEY; MARCH 26, 2021 <br />SURVEYORS NARRATIVE. <br />The purpose of this survey is to document the monumentation of corners of the <br />adjusted line in Marion County Property Line Adjustment Case No, 21-009, The entire <br />boundaries of each parcel being adjusted was not surveyed as each resulting parcel is <br />greater than 10 acres. Only enough field surveying was done to set monuments on the <br />adjusted line between the two parcels, The remainder of the boundary shown in the <br />Surveyors Certificate was record informtion taken from MCDR Reel 1674, Page 205, and <br />from Partition Plat No, 2017-60, In a couple of places as shown, data ws calculated <br />from those two records, <br />It should be pointed out that MCDR Reel 1674, Page 205, does not recognize the curved <br />right-of-way shown as (Cl) on the map which shows up in MCSR 29867. Also the MCSR <br />29867 curve data does not compute correctly in that survey. I used the radius called <br />f or in MCSR 29867 and the delta calculatd f rom the deed record R. 1674, P. 205 f or my <br />calculations shown. <br />Monuments found at positions 3 and 4 were held as the centerline of the 40 foot wide <br />right-of-way of Deschutes Street S,E, Monument set at position 5 was at a computed <br />point on the south line which is 20.00 feet southerly and parallel to said centerline, <br />Monuments set at positions 7 and 8 were at random locations as determined by the <br />owner. The monument set at position 6 is on the east line of Howell Prairie Rd, as <br />computed from MCDR Reel 1674, Page 205, The basis of bearings is the line between <br />mouments found at positions 3 and 4 as shown as shown in MCDR 1674, Page 205, <br />1',s' re -co wh me p R R. 4 54 /a P. /(0Z <br />- <br />SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE <br />I, Karl D.
