<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those properties described in Reel 206,
<br />Page 542 and Reel 405, Page 379, Marion County Deed Records, per Marion County Property Line Adjustment Case
<br />No. 21-025. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments D and A, the line being held as North
<br />07046'24" East per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone -
<br />NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). Monuments D and A were held
<br />for the east line of DLC No. 41. 1 held monuments B and E for the north line of the subject property. I held record
<br />distance Westerly from monument E per MCSR 6910 to determine the northwest corner of Reel 206, Page 543, and held
<br />record angle and distance Southerly off said comer per MCSR 6910 to determine the southwest comer of said Reel 206,
<br />Page 543. 1 then held the south line of said property parallel with the determined north line per said MCSR 6910. The
<br />centerline of Howell Prairie Road NE was determined by holding the brass caps found at the P.I.'s as shown. To
<br />determine the calculated south line of the subject property, I held a line Easterly parallel with the north line from
<br />monument C, intersecting the east line of DLC 41 and determined centerline of Howell Prairie Road NE. 4
