<br />OF TOWN PLATS. I HELD FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE EAST LINES OF THESE PLATS AND HELD THE
<br />RECORD DISTANCE OF 569.06 FEET FROM THE FOUND 1-1/4 INCH IRON PIPE AT THE NORTHWEST
<br />CORNER PER DEED REEL 3834, PAGE 19 AND MARION COUNTY SURVEY RECORD 5410. THE EAST
<br />BOUNDARY OF "ABBEY GLEN" WAS PLATTED 0.16' EAST OF THIS WEST LINE, AS SHOWN IN THE DETAIL. A
