Box 14500 <br /> Salem,Oregon,97309 <br /> To Whom it May Concern: <br /> Re: Property at 32566 North Fork Road,Tax account#541331 <br /> As you previously documented in your letter dated October 2021,our property suffered market value <br /> loss due to the wildfire through the property tax year ending June 2021. <br /> This appeal is to request the valuation adjustment through tax year ending June 2022.Our structural <br /> repairs have yet to be completed. <br /> We are enclosing photographs of some of the major damage sustained. <br /> #1 and#2 show the trees that fell on the front of the cabin roof and deck. <br /> #3,#4 and#5 show the damage to the deck and roof. <br /> #6 shows the damage to the roof on the side of the cabin. <br /> #7 shows the fire damage to the back roofline. <br /> We are requesting a reduction in valuation to$65,000 for the structures for the tax year ending June <br /> 2022 as we have accepted a contractor bid for$22,000 and are in the process of repairs. <br /> Please let us know if you need any further information. <br /> Yours truly <br /> Robert C.
