<br /> Hi Molly,Karlynn finely got a call from Cole Farrier,the guy who requested the appraisal review T21-057A.He accepted her recommended RMV.
<br /> I texted Robb and he approved the roll correction.We will be reducing his RMV from$106.680 to$56.540.The AV will be reduced from$60,500 to$56,540.
<br /> Robb said we need to make the roll correction this week and finalize it this week also.
