<br />The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monument "A" and a point 30 feet
<br />Northerly and tangent of monument "J" as shown on Partition Plat 2012-24, as recorded in / ry
<br />Reel 3405, Page 440, Marion County Deed Records. Said basis of bearings was also held for the
<br />centerline of 5th Street. The Southeast line of the subject properties was established by holding /
<br />found monuments "Q" and a 20.10 foot northerly extension from found monument "K" to
<br />establish the Northwest corner of "TOOSE'S FIRST ADDITION TO WOODBURN", Volume 2, Pae 76, ,�
