Found monuments "B" and "C" were <br />held for the North line. The as traveled centerline of River Road and the <br />10' curve as shown on Marion County Survey 1974 was held to establish <br />the centerline and right of ways of River Road. Found monument "D" was <br />held for the Southeast corner of Earl D. Jones Donation Land Claim No. <br />50. The boundary of the unsurveyed tract was from record deed and <br />survey information. The adjusted property line were then established by <br />my clients design. <br />EQUIPMENT AND PRO CED URE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System; iGage IG8 GNSS <br />Rover and a CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental <br />hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />BASIS OF BEARINGS <br />The basis of bearings for this survey is from the Oregon <br />Coordinate Reference System (OCRS) Salem Zone using <br />the Oregon Real -Time GNSS Network (ORGN).
