NARRATIVE <br />The Purpose of this survey is to adjust the boundaries of Parcels <br />1, II III & IV, as described in Reel 4034, Page 337, Deed Records for <br />Marion County, Oregon, as approved by the City of Stayton. <br />(Land Use File No.: 2-03/20) <br />Bearings and distances are based on the Oregon Coordinate <br />Reference System, Salem Zone (NAD83(2011) Epoch 2010). The basis <br />of bearings is the east line of the subject property, defined by <10> <br />and <3>. <br />Monuments of record were found at all corners of the subject <br />property excepting the northwest corner of said Parcel I.
