The said property line adjustment case has since been withdrawn. The Basis of Bearings used for this <br />survey is between monuments B and H, the line being held as South 82'44'25" East per OCIRS Salem. Bearings are based <br />on OCIRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon <br />Real Time GNSS Network). To determine the overall boundary of the subject property, I held monuments B, C, H and I per <br />MCSR 36182. 1 held the centerline of the existing East Champoeg Creek and the determined centerline Northerly of said <br />creek for the original line between said Tract I and Tract 11. 1 determined the centerline of Manning Road by holding <br />monuments G and F for bearing and then offset said line 30 feet Easterly for the centerline of said road. I then held record <br />distance Northerly from the intersection of the south line of the subject property and record angle in the centerline per <br />MCSR 36182.
