<br />SUBJECT TRACT IS A PLATTED PARCEL. THEREFORE, THE PURPOSE IS ALSO TO REPLAT SUBJECT PROPERTIES. BOTH
<br />PROPERTIES ARE ONLY PARTIALLY SURVEYED, AND THUS THIS IS AN UNSURVEYED PARTITION PLAT. BEFORE
<br />ADJUSTMENT THE NORTHERN PROPERTY WAS DESCRIBED IN LINE OF CREDIT INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN REEL 1577,
<br />PAGE 493 AND WAS PREVIOUSLY CONVEYED TO HOCKETT FARMS, INC. BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 336, PAGE
<br />1795, MARION COUNTY DEED RECORDS. THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY IS DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 3, PARTITION PLAT
<br />2015-041 IN WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED IN REEL 4100, PAGE 482 AND REEL 4100, PAGE 179.
<br />EAST LINE OF LOUIS OUSSAN DLC NO. 81 AND CENTERLINE OF ARBOR GROVE ROAD (MARKET ROAD NO. 71): WE HELD
<br />THE THREE DLC MONUMENTS #105, #100 AND #160. THIS RESOLUTION RESULTS IN A SMALL BEARING BREAK AT #100,
<br />THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE J.F. GUERIN DLC NO. 63.
<br />NORTH LINE OF THE HOCKETT FARMS, INC. PROPERTY: THIS LINE WAS MONUMENTED AS SHOWN IN SURVEYS OF THE
<br />NORTH ADJOINERS. WE CONTROLLED SAID LINE WITH FOUND MONUMENTS #130, SET IN MCSR 15307 AND #140, SET IN
<br />MCSR 7721. WE EXTENDED THE LINE BETWEEN THESE MONUMENTS TO THE WEST AND TO THE EAST. THIS RESOLUTION
<br />RESULTS IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER MEASURING VERY CLOSE TO DEED DISTANCE SOUTH FROM THE MONUMENT AT
<br />THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DLC NO. 81. DEED DISTANCE IS 813.78 FEET (12.33 CHAINS) AND MEASURED DISTANCE IS
<br />814.44 FEET, FOR A DIFFERENCE OF 0.66 FOOT.
<br />WEST LINE OF DLC NO. 81 AND WEST LINE OF SUBJECT PROPERTIES: WE HELD THE LINE BETWEEN THE FOUND IRON BAR
<br />#120, SET IN MCSR 7011, AND THE FOUND BRASS CAP #145, MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DLC NO. 85. WE
<br />EXTENDED THIS LINE TO THE NORTH.
<br />SOUTH LINE OF PARCEL 3, PARTITION PLAT 2015-041: WE CONTROLLED THE WEST END OF SAID LINE WITH THE FOUND
<br />IRON BAR #120, SET IN MCSR 7011. WE CONTROLLED THE EAST END WITH THE MAGNETIC SOUNDING #110 IN THE
<br />CENTER OF ARBOR GROVE ROAD. AN IRON BAR, SET IN MCSR 7011, HAS BEEN PAVED OVER AND WAS NOT EXCAVATED
<br />IN PARTITION PLAT NO. 2015-41 OR IN THIS SURVEY.
<br />EXISTING LINE BETWEEN SUBJECT PROPERTIES: WE CONTROLLED THE WEST END WITH THE FOUND IRON PIPE, SET IN
<br />MCSR 7011. WE COMPUTED THE EAST END ON THE EAST LINE OF DLC NO. 81 DEED DISTANCE OF 2472.36 FEET (37.46
<br />CHAINS) NORTH OF THE FOUND MONUMENT #105 AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DLC NO. 81. THE DISTANCE OF 37.46
<br />CHAINS IS CALLED IN DEED RECORDED IN REEL 3062, PAGE 229 (RERECORDED IN REEL 3248, PAGE 488).
<br />WE MONUMENTED THE ADJUSTED LINE AS SHOWN HEREON ACCORDING TO CLIENT DIRECTIONS AND AS APPROVED
